Weekly Workouts
Tuesday Evenings
We offer 3 group workouts a week, and workout details can be found on our Team Slack. We encourage athletes to contact the coach before joining a workout! Workouts are free to join (suggested donation $50 per year).
While we would love to serve everyone in the running community, our running club is focused on competitive athletes (who regularly race), have been regularly running for at least 2 years, and have experience running faster than 25 mins in the 5k / 52min 10k / 1:55 half / sub-4 hr marathon (open athlete*, masters should use age grading for the equivalent paces).
